Role Description
This is a fully remote sales position open to candidates anywhere within the United States. As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will consult with clients to understand their Medicare needs, provide clear plan comparisons, and recommend solutions that align with their healthcare and financial goals.
You will build long-term client relationships, provide year-round support, and contribute to our mission of elevating the Medicare experience for seniors nationwide.
All training, tools, and resources are provided — your job is to show up, learn, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone-based Medicare consultations with clients across the U.S.
- Provide clear, accurate comparisons of Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D plans (CMS-approved education only).
- Deliver ethical, client-focused recommendations based on needs and eligibility.
- Maintain long-term client relationships with year-round support.
- Follow compliance standards and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with team leaders and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Manage your own schedule in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
- Sales or call-center experience preferred (but not required)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your day independently
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical service
- Healthcare or Medicare experience is a plus
- Must be willing to obtain (or already have) a Health insurance license
