Are you a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in the community? We are seeking a dedicated CMA to join our team in supporting first responders throughout Los Angeles County. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you will help ensure the health and safety of our brave men and women in uniform, all while working with a supportive, dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide front and back-office support, including patient check-in, verifying paperwork, recording test results, and conducting exams.
Assist in performing vital checks, EKGs, blood draws, and other medical tasks as needed.
Work alongside our Occupational Medicine Team to conduct DOT physicals for first responders throughout Los Angeles County.
Ensure smooth operational flow at various sites, coordinating exam procedures and ensuring a top-notch experience for all patients.

What We’re Looking For:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with at least 5 years of experience.
Experience with both front and back-office operations, including performing EKGs and phlebotomy.
Proven ability to work in a team environment, supporting DOT physicals and health exams for first responders.
Strong organizational and communication skills to keep operations running smoothly.
