1STOP Insurance Agency is a growing, full-service insurance agency serving customers since 2013 and operating across a 10-state area. We offer a full array of insurance products, including auto, home, health, life, and business insurance. We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Herculaneum office.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 3β4 days per week
- This schedule includes Friday(s) & Saturday(s)
- In-office position at our Herculaneum location
- Work in an office setting helping to manage customer accounts
- Excellent opportunity to get a head start in the insurance industry
- Insurance license NOT required (but obtaining a license in the future is a key step towards career advancement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Support sales activities, including quotes and policy changes
- Help manage and maintain customer accounts
- Perform general office-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
