Marketing & Networking Specialist – Insurance Industry
We’re looking for an outgoing and relationship-driven professional to represent our company in the insurance industry. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and creating business opportunities through in-person connections.
What You’ll Do:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, carriers, and other insurance professionals
Identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align outreach with campaigns
Track and manage contacts using CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
Support the planning and execution of company networking events or webinars
Share feedback from the field to improve marketing and business development strategies
What You Bring:
Experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in or around the insurance industry
Strong communication skills and a confident, people-first approach
Knowledge of insurance industry terms, players, and structure
Willingness to travel for events and meetings
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other networking tools
