Position Details
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Communicate with customers daily to address questions, orders, and service needs.
- Prepare sales quotes and schedule deliveries for customer orders.
- Assist trade professionals and do-it-yourself customers with their material needs.
- Enter sales information and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assist with inventory and stock control as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic fractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus and may provide opportunities for advancement after the initial term.
