Job Summary
Join our compassionate team as an In-Home Giver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in , . You will support individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, those with developmental disabilities, and individuals requiring memory or dementia care. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity
• Monitor patient health by taking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition or behavior
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and prevent injury
• Administer medication following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents or changes in condition
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to support overall well-being

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and hospice care best practices
• Hands-on experience assisting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous
• Familiarity with care plans, medication administration, patient monitoring, and vital signs measurement
• Experience with group home settings or long-term care environments is highly valued
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
