Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analysis using project documents.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and bid packages.
- Analyze costs (labor, materials, subcontractors).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support business development efforts by creating proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience estimating projects for a General Contractor
- Experience with Sage/Timberline
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
Salary: $80-115K
