Established engineering firm seeks a Project Lead. This position will allow you to work on world renowned projects including sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. You will provide senior level leadership for the most complex design-build projects. Direct-hire position with excellent benefits!
Duties:
- Lead project technical decision-making path
- Direct and mentor engineering staff
- Serve as primary technical interface with customer stakeholders
- Work with Project Manager to monitor schedules, budgets, etc.
- Strategize with Project Executive and VP of Projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited institution (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Controls Engineering)
- 10 years of experience leading large, complex design-build projects
- Knowledge of industry standards in aerospace ground support, amusement and kinetic architecture
- Familiarity with engineering and Project Management tools (Solidworks, ANSYS, MS Project)
Salary: $130-190K
