What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist - Part-time - Local Travel position at 1ST SOURCE EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT?
Inniswood Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Westerville, OH, is seeking a Part-time Phlebotomist to join our team! Must be willing to travel among multiple Foundations buildings in the Columbus region.
- Travel to other locations to obtain samples as needed
- Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, medical history, and EKG's
- Accurately label all samples.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years' experience - REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Detail-oriented, excellent time management skills
- Professional, responsible, and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
