ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but not limited to:
 

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and internal department interaction.
• Provide operational support for retail branch staff
• Process payments, payoffs and payoff quotes
• Knowledgeable in general Escrow (Taxes, Insurance, Mortgage Insurance, Waivers)
• Processing Escrow Mailing (Billings, Refunds, Cancellations)
• Assist in Insurance Tasks
• Understand Insurance tasks basics
• Balance and reconcile accounts & GL's
• Assist with all general service and operational tasks
• Mortgage Loan Servicing for Portfolio, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA and VA loans
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experience in the loan servicing
• Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Prior responsibility for GL or Account balancing a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled in Microsoft Office Products, have 45 WPM typing speed and 10-key experience.

• The employee will primarily operate in a general office environment, using office equipment such as a phone and a computer.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate as compared to a private office with light foot traffic and office equipment. The employee must be able and willing to work in an open environment and able to interact frequently with other departments.

Salary: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
