Qualifications
- Experience working with Loan Officers and familiarity with the mortgage industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on supporting clients throughout the loan process
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and ability to manage related documentation effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to collaborate with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in mortgage software and MS Office applications is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in finance or related fields is an advantage
