1st Lake Properties is a locally owned and operated company managing more than 75 market-rate apartment communities across the Greater New Orleans area. We are currently seeking motivated Pool Technicians to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will manage a small service route and help maintain the pools at several of our apartment communities.
No prior pool experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn, work well with a team, and manage their time independently.
Qualifications:What You’ll Learn and Do
As a Pool Technician with 1st Lake Properties, you will be trained to:
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Measure, add, and adjust pool chemicals safely
- Clean and maintain swimming pools and community waterways
- Operate pool equipment such as sand filters, pumps, and valves
- Maintain safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environments for residents
