- Perform plumbing repairs and installations in apartment homes and common areas
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
- Change out/repair water heaters, fixtures, and piping
- Collaborate with a supportive maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Handle occasional emergency plumbing needs during regular hours only
