What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, and Saturday if necessitated by occupancy
- Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
