The Crossings Apartments in Metairie, LA is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face of our community. What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome prospective residents with warmth and enthusiasm while providing memorable tours of our apartment homes and community amenities.
- Turn inquiries into leases by responding to phone, email, and walk-in visitors with outstanding customer service.
- Guide future residents through every step of the leasing process—from application to move-in day.
- Build lasting relationships with current residents and help create a vibrant, welcoming community they'll love to call home.
- Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach to keep our property thriving.
- Maintain accurate leasing records while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- A people-first attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Available Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as community needs require.
- Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus—but if you're eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
