Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and keeping a community running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home for our residents.
From electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and apartment make-readies, every day brings something new. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot problems and identify effective repair solutions
- Perform routine maintenance for residents, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
- Complete work safely and in compliance with company safety standards
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and service requests
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive resident experience
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Reliable transportation and your own basic tools
