Qualifications:What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
- Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service; experience in property management preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed
