Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
- Ability to lift heavy items such as appliances
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
