Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery. The ideal candidate must possess a warm heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, following any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions and report to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to confidentiality and sanitation protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with individuals in various life situations.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Background check clearance is mandatory.
• Active Drivers License, and personal vehicle
