The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, showcasing our vehicle inventory, and guiding clients confidently through each step of the car-buying process. As a Sales Representative, you will utilize your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and product knowledge to drive vehicle sales in a fast-paced rewarding environment. Your ability to connect, communicate, retain information, be fast on your feet and verbal response in knowledge will be essential to delivering an exceptional sales experience and exceptional to your pay.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities. In addition, 1st Gear Motorsports supports their staff with additional free advertising and all resources to make your job much easier.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
• MUST Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory
• Must be continuously knowledgeable of the day to day stats of the world car market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings to effectively respond to any objection thrown your way.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Upsell additional features that 1st gear has to offer
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while providing excellent customer service.

• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for reaching diverse customer bases.
• Knowledge of high-end or classic family commuting vehicles
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and persuasive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with automotive inventory control, retail math and dealership operations such as inventory management is an advantage.
