We are seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and execute a high-impact digital strategy for a growing, multi-location organization. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing conversion, and managing a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget across multiple channels and markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both strategic and deeply analytical—someone who can connect high-level trends while also diving into the details of campaign performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve marketing effectiveness, increase lead quality, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO and paid search
- Own and manage a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget
- Drive high-quality paid and organic lead generation and improve conversion rate optimization
- Manage and hold external vendors accountable to performance goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Oversee reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) for leadership visibility
- Develop and execute organic search strategies focused on various local markets
- Monitor and optimize customer journey and conversion funnels
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Create and present performance insights and strategic recommendations
