Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrician based in Winnemucca, NV. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including mining, power generation, agriculture, and commercial projects. Daily tasks include inspecting electrical components, ensuring safety compliance, and performing repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Electricity and Electrical Work
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and their applications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical codes
- Relevant certifications such as a Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or mining electrical work is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Valid Driving License
- Ability to pass a prescreening drug test
