1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience providing services to luxury hotels, condominiums, and special events. We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Valet Parking Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about valet parking services and answer any inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and securely.
- Issue receipts and process parking fees as required.
- Close and balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- Record and manage special requests from residents or guests.
- Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure prompt vehicle retrieval.
- Utilize internal management systems to monitor vehicle check-ins and check-outs.
- Log payments and transactions into the company’s system.
- Generate basic daily activity reports when needed.
- Schedule is 40 hours per week from 11pm to 7 am
- Previous experience as a cashier.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of cashiering and payment processing.
- Ability to proactively and efficiently solve problems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with management software.
