Responsibilities
- Operate standard passenger cars safely within the auto detailing facility and on-site as needed
- Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and automated car wash procedures
- Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to restore shine and remove surface imperfections
- Detail vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, dashboard polishing, and window cleaning
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance standards
- Assist with heavy lifting of vehicles or parts safely while adhering to safe work practices
- Support the overall organization of the auto detailing facility by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of tools and work areas
Experience
- Prior experience in auto detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with vehicle operation, including manual transmission vehicles, is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive buffing, paint correction, and exterior washing techniques is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning equipment and performing heavy lifting tasks
