We are seeking experienced HVAC Subcontractor Installers to partner with our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while maintaining exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and mini-splits.
- Remove and properly dispose of old equipment.
- Install ductwork, line sets, drain lines, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
- Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
- Complete installation documentation, photos, and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with customers and company staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
- Must provide and maintain all necessary installation tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must carry and maintain current General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance.
- Must provide proof of insurance prior to performing any work.
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing requirements.
