What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales consultations for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems
- Build trust and deliver professional presentations to homeowners
- Follow up on company-provided leads and generate new opportunities through your own efforts
- Create solutions that truly fit each customer’s comfort needs and budget
- Close deals and celebrate your success with a team that values and rewards your effort
- Base pay uncapped commission – your earning potential is in your hands
- Company vehicle, cell phone, iPad, and laptop

- Total compensation typically ranges from $90,000–$140,000 annually for top performers
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (sales or technical background)

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
