Schedule & Pay
- Typical workday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Weekly pay
- Rotating on-call weekends
- Pay based on experience
- Opportunities for bonuses and overtime
We service areas throughout San Antonio, extending as far south as Von Ormy and north to New Braunfels.
Responsibilities
- Start up, maintain, diagnose, balance, and repair HVAC systems
- Service and diagnose ice machines
- Install and maintain mini-split systems
- Arrive at the office or job site by 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems using strong mechanical knowledge
- Perform equipment repairs in compliance with industry standards
- Provide professional field service and customer support
- Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience
- EPA Certification and TDLR license required
- Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly
- Team-player attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
