Salary Range: $25.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

• Five years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry or structural repair.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Own set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Indiana.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prior experience in restoration projects involving fire or water damage is highly beneficial.

• Lead on-site teams through various restoration projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to keep timelines on track and materials stocked.
• Perform high-quality finish work, structural framing, and trim installation.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing technical skills and best practices on the job.
