Key Responsibilities:
- TRUE PASSION FOR PROVIDING CONSISTENT, TOP-TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
- Collaborate with the front office and dental team to ensure efficient scheduling and new patient flow.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, processing pre-authorizations, and navigating coverage details.
- Coordinate appointments with clinical staff, ensuring that all necessary resources and information are prepared in advance.
- Meet with patients to discuss recommended treatment plans, procedures, and associated costs.
- Present financial options and work with patients to establish payment plans as needed.
- Update patient records, tracking treatment plans and follow-up care in the practice management software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental assisting, healthcare, or administration is a plus.
- Welcoming, supportive, empathetic approach to patient care is a MUST!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, patient-friendly way.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
