What You’ll Do
• Provide compassionate, one on one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition
• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately
• Work alongside our clinical team to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
• Active Virginia CNA certification or PCA credential, or eligibility to work as a PCA
• A compassionate heart and a desire to serve others
• Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Home care experience is preferred but not required
