1st Care At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills, and organization, with a passion for patient care to work on a full-time basis. The particular service area for this position is the city of Lynchburg and parts of surrounding communities.
Job Description:
- provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients
- patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated
- promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition
- provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's car
Job Requirements:
- All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified
- Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area
- Highly organized with problem solving skills, fast typing skills and exceptional Customer service with compassion are required.
