WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid Nursing Licensed in the State of MI
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Home Care
- Bowl Program Experience
- SCI Experience (REQUIRED)
- Valid Drivers License
- Follow Plan of Care and the direction of DON
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Assessment Skills
- Documents Daily and Reports any changes to the DON, assures documentation compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice.
- Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by Company, and local state and federal rules and regulation.
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
