Summary
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions for customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.
- Answer customer inquiries both in person and on the telephone.
- Confidently describe products and services and assist customers in choosing and opening the product best suited to their needs.
- Comply with relevant banking regulations and internal bank policies.
- Some lifting may be required ( 25lbs)
Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in banking and financial services
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling
- Knowledge of debits and credits
- Familiarity with financial software and cash management practices
- Ability to detect and prevent fraud
- Experience in financial sales and upselling products and services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.49 per hour
Expected hours: 38.75 – 45 per week
