What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Home Health- Wednedays 7am-7pm position at 1st Americare LLC?
1st Americare is seeking an RN to work with our client in the Waterford, VA area. Candidate with Gtube experience is required.
The schedule for this case will be:
- Wednesdays 7am-7pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
