TITLE: Activities Attendant
DEPARTMENT: Beachwalk Property Management
REPORTS TO: Property Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Overseeing daily operations of the guest areas with the community
Requirements:
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation
- 16 years or older
General Duties:
- Entering data as guests enter the designated areas and ensure that everyone is allowed to enter
- Stocking paper products in restrooms
- Wiping down tables and chairs
- Taking trash to curb as needed
- Regular counting of the number of guests in areas and recording information
- Cleaning the guest areas as necessary
- Helping guests get in and out of boats and kayaks if needed
- Ensure the safety of all guests
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Required Skills:
- Able to perform moderate lifting (51 pounds)
- Must be comfortable around large crowds
- Customer Service oriented
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting
