This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Senior Platform Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. The Founding Senior Platform Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software platforms, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and contribute to the architecture of new systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing technical challenges, implementing database solutions, developing software and programming functionality, and improving system reliability. As a founding team member, the role involves driving platform innovation and working closely with leadership to meet strategic technical objectives.

• Expertise in Software Development and Programming with a focus on scalable and reliable systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex system and platform issues
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure design, system architecture, and operational efficiency improvements
• Proficiency in Databases, including design, optimization, and maintenance
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and team members to drive innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• A passion for AI and cutting-edge technology is highly desirable
