Solar Battery Sales Development Rep

Job Duties:
- Visit homes with existing solar systems to discuss the advantages of adding a battery backup solution.
- Provide homeowners with information on how battery systems enhance energy independence, improve backup power options, and lower energy costs.
- Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations about solar and battery.
- Pre-qualify customers for participation in the Rocky Mountain Power WattSmart program, explaining how they can receive cash back rebates for adding backup batteries.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and status updates using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
- Work closely with the sales and energy specialists team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers.
Salary : $50,000 - $120,000
