Pay: $25 (Part-time – 24 hrs/week) Tuesday - Wednesday- Thursday

Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere for those visiting the client’s office, including customers, business partners, prospective employees, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations for a small office with mostly remote employees.
- Greet all guests and be responsible for creating a warm welcome experience.
- Oversee the appearance of the reception and conference room areas; ensure they are always presentable and ready to welcome incoming visitors, vendors, and VIP guests.
- Manage guest security badges; document check-out, check-in, and deactivations when the security badge or fob is lost.
- Act as the primary contact for any building-related issues and place service request tickets with Building Maintenance (i.e., HVAC/climate control requests, spills, damage to structural space, etc.)
- Stock & tidy kitchen pantries & workroom office supplies
- Provide administrative support on various Excel-related projects.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Assist with event support for office gatherings. Ability to multitask for event execution.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare USPS Mail & Accountable Express packages for outbound shipment.
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, MS Teams)
- Good written and oral Communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
