Production Assistant

We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, locate, and pick parts that have been machined or cut
• Prepare, clean, and polish parts for the next step in the assembly
• Inspect and organize parts to ensure quality and accuracy while maintaining supply inventory
• Communicate with other team members to keep production moving smoothly
• Ensure that all actions are performed in a safe and responsible manner by keeping work area clean, maintaining attention to detail, and following company policies
• Perform tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Hours and Benefits

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule between 6:00am to 7:00pm
• Compensation: starting at $20/hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing/Assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time
• Basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented with sharp eyesight and excellent dexterity
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
