Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities through field outreach, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections and document findings accurately
- Educate homeowners on service options, insurance processes, and project timelines
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Meet established performance metrics and weekly activity expectations
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and territory expansion plans to maximize sales potential.
- Perform technical sales consultations by explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes clearly to clients.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations confidently.
- Strong skills in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, exterior construction processes, or related technical products is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
