What You'll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and families to deliver whole-child care
- Empower parents with tools and strategies to support progress at home
- Track data and celebrate milestones as each child grows and succeeds
Qualifications:
- BCBA: Certified and licensed in Missouri (or eligible for licensure)
- PLBA: Completed coursework and supervision requirements; working toward BCBA certification
- LBA: Licensed in Missouri and passionate about advancing within the ABA field.
- Passion for compassionate, evidence-based care and lifelong learning
Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid | Schedule: Monday–Friday | Pay Range: $60,000–$80,000/year Depending On Experience
