Senior Interior Designer

19six is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. We work across diverse and impactful markets including civic, education, healthcare, housing, and hospitality — and our interiors team supports all of them.
We’re looking for an experienced designer who can lead projects, manage teams, and serve as a trusted client partner from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do
• Lead interior architecture/design projects through all phases (pre-design to construction close-out)
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality control
• Coordinate consultants and oversee Interiors team members (Job Captain, Designers, etc.)
• Produce and review construction documents
• Draft proposals and manage client communication
• Lead internal and client meetings
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design
• 9 years of experience designing and managing projects
• CID certification required (LEED is a plus)
• Experience with DSA and/or OSHPD/HCAI a plus but not preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
