As a Spring Social Media Intern, you’ll work closely with our strategy and content teams to support client accounts, influencer campaigns, and creative production. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for branding and social media, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a willingness to be hands-on at content shoots and production days.
Must be Miami-based and available at least three days per week, including being on-site for shoots as needed.

- How to build and support social media strategy for real brands
- How to assist in creative production and content capture
- How to track trends and identify brand-aligned opportunities
- How influencer partnerships are executed from sourcing to tracking
- How to manage assets and contribute to performance reporting
- Assist at in-person client shoots (styling help, set assistance, shot list review, content capture)
- Capture content on iPhone or camera, as requested or needed per client
- Help prep moodboards, shot lists, and creative inspiration before shoot days
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for agency use (Stories, Reels, TikToks)
- Assist with organization of footage and assets post-shoot
- Research trends, competitor activity, and content ideas
- Support writing social captions and organizing content calendars
- Contribute to moodboards and creative direction for assigned brands
- Help source influencers and UGC creators for campaigns
- Maintain influencer lists and content trackers
- Organize received UGC for repurposing and internal review
- Gather metrics and assist in building monthly performance reports
- Take notes during internal meetings and strategy sessions
- Maintain content folders and update trackers
- Based in Miami and available a minimum of 3 days per week
- Comfortable being on-set and supporting production days as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field
- Obsessed with social trends, branding, and creative formats
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, Instagram, and TikTok
- Hands-on creative production experience
