Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu options.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds swiftly while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep the bar fully equipped during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events such as banquets or nightclub nights, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and enhancing their experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately.
• Experience with catering events or large-scale food service environments is a plus.

Pay: $10.70 - $15.00 per hour
