What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host- Hostess position at 1933 Lounge?
The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation.

- Strong attention to detail and professional maturity
Experience
- Host experience in fine dining preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
