Beauty Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in waxing, facial treatments, and eyelash extensions, with a passion for providing high-quality services and an exceptional client experience.

Duties:

• Perform professional waxing services for clients, including full body and facial waxing (including women’s Brazilian and Manzilian).
• Provide customized facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and client needs.
• Apply and maintain eyelash extensions safely and professionally, following proper sanitation and application procedures.
• Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable services and aftercare routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with NYS standards.
• Educate clients on post-service care to ensure optimal results and long-term satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell retail products and complementary services related to skincare, waxing, and lash care.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in body and facial waxing, skincare treatments, and lash extension application.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly, client-centered attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Current New York State license in Esthetics or Cosmetology (required).
• Certification or documented training in eyelash extensions (required).
