As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you'll split your time between our warehouse operations and the road, ensuring our field teams have the materials and tools they need, when they need them. From pulling orders and tracking inventory to delivering equipment across job sites, you'll play a hands-on role that directly impacts project success. What You'll AccomplishDelivery & Logistics (Primary Focus)
- Operate company vehicles to deliver materials, tools, & equipment to job sites across the region
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials using proper techniques and equipment
- Coordinate with project teams and Warehouse Manager on delivery timing, special instructions, and site-specific requirements
- Represent 1901 professionally on the road and at customer locations-you're often the face of our company
- Handle time-sensitive deliveries that keep projects on schedule and teams productive
Warehouse Operations
- Pull and stage orders accurately for next-day deliveries and customer pickups
- Manage tool tracking system to ensure field teams have what they need & nothing goes missing
- Receive incoming shipments, verify orders, and stock materials efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces that make finding materials quick and easy
Facilities & Shop Support
- Perform building maintenance tasks (like bulb changes, minor repairs, and fixture installations)
- Support event setup and breakdown for company meetings and gatherings
- Keep warehouse, shop, and common areas clean, organized, and safe
- Handle trash removal and project cleanup across facilities
- Maintain exterior areas and grounds to present a professional appearance year-round
- Assist fabrication shops with material staging, organization, and cleanup as needed
Experience & Skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- 1-2 years of warehouse, delivery, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable operating delivery trucks, box trucks, or similar vehicles
- Forklift certification or willingness to get certified (provided)
- Mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand tools and basic equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication
- Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and communicate clearly

- Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in various positions as tasks require
