The Role

We're hiring an Employee Benefits Producer to build and own a book of business. You'll prospect, run the full sales cycle, and become a trusted advisor to HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners. This is a true producer seat with real support behind you — not a lead-gen grind.

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new employer relationships across your market
• Run discovery, build tailored benefits strategies, and present proposals to decision-makers
• Multi-thread across HR, finance, and ownership to win and keep accounts
• Partner with our account and analytics teams to deliver on what you sell
• Own renewals and retention on the business you bring in

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years in employee benefits, insurance, or B2B sales (benefits experience a plus, not a dealbreaker)
• A hunter's mentality with the consultative skill to earn trust with senior buyers
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped upside
