Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for our clients and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential homes and event venues, ensuring every area is tidy, hygienic, and inviting. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or event venue spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, organizing linens, and making beds
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms, including cleaning appliances and fixtures
- Care for floors by performing sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and occasional carpet cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; notify management when supplies are low
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture if necessary
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies
