Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Field Technical role based in Lubbock, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical systems and infrastructure in the field. This includes performing on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting project execution. Regular travel to project sites will be required to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field equipment
- Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in using relevant tools, software, and equipment for technical tasks
- Adaptability to work both on-site and remotely as needed
- Ability to travel to project sites and possess a valid driver's license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in infrastructure projects or other engineering-related fields is an advantage
